hari nih terbukti segala customer service kat dunia nih teruk!!!
im paying u so i deserve to have a better service!

yang di blacklist setakat ini:

dala payment status dia mengarut. if im not paying my bill how come line i tak kene bar pon? ada otak tak? oiii takkan la ko punye internal system pon tak integrate?jangan nak bagi alasan kat billing punye department cakap aku tak bayar sebab status tak update.

brape banyak akaun aku ada kat sistem korang?tak rasa ke kalo aku ada 1 akaun, bila buat insert statement/ or update status should be dari celah mane pon status aku tetap sama. laen la kalo sistem berbeza. kalo berbeza pon ko punye system developer pernah dengar tak database trigger or stored procedure?

bodo piang. aku tunggu korang call balek. sampai skang pon tak call. tahik!!

belom kira janji manis korang pasal speed broadband. cakap akhir tahun lepas nak upgrade. nih da 1/4 tahun baru da. memang dalam mimpi la malaysia nak maju or berteknologi tinggi ke.

aku tunggu dari last week untuk korang update estimation delivery date yang korang janjikan up to 3 days sampai ke hari nih tak update2 pon. macam hari2 aku cek via website tuh. huhhh

so dis week aku lebey maju, cek by fon. hari isnin aku call. bagi alasan after 48hours aku akan tau estimation date tuh. so i call la hari nih. hari rabu. still bagi alasan next 48hours. memang tahik cari pasal la.

aku call nak cakap dengan customer service tuh. tiga kali call and each time dengar "Thanks for holding on blablabla" berulang kali. finally baru la dia angkat and cek pungpang2 cakap 25 march delivery date. supposedly receive before 25 march la. tak pe aku tunggu.

25march aku akan siap2 pakai baju besar. kalo ko tak hantar lagi memang aku bertukar jadi hulk. jangan salahkan aku.


p/s: aku kalo terlalu excited nak kan sesuatu musti ada je problem.benci btol.!!!!

my 24th bday was surprisingly and unexpectedly wonderful
